Our rates
Online or in-person, delivered through a range of therapeutic methods depending on individual needs. Clients with a current Mental Health Plan from their GP are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $149.05.

Psychological Therapy
Online or in-person, this session evaluates your mental health and determines whether psychiatrist contact is appropriate, with follow-up communication to your GP to arrange a referral or begin a medication regimen where needed. This service can be rebated by Medicare if a Mental Health Plan is already in place.

Online or in-person, this session helps you address key issues and build a plan to reach your personal and professional goals.

Life Coaching
Online or in-person, this session helps address the patterns getting in the way, whether that's work-related stress, relationship difficulties, or life stage transitions. Sessions also cover process and substance-related behaviours, including gambling, gaming, and alcohol or substance dependence, in a practical, non-judgemental setting.
