Coaching and Mentoring

Not every goal calls for therapy. Coaching and mentoring offer a forward-focused, practical way to work on the areas of life and work you want to develop.

At Healthcase Psychologists, our psychologists bring clinical insight to coaching, helping you set meaningful goals and build strategies designed to support lasting change, in person at our Camberwell practice or remotely via telehealth.

Coaching is tailored to you and structured around what you want to achieve.

Areas we coach and mentor on

  • Life goals - clarifying what matters to you and developing practical steps designed to help you move towards it.

  • Career objectives - support for direction, transitions, and building the skills and confidence to progress.

  • Parenting plans - working through approaches to parenting, routines, and the challenges of family life.

  • Performance improvement - strategies to consider for focus, motivation, and sustained performance at work or in study.

  • Interpersonal management - developing the skills to navigate relationships, teams, and difficult conversations.

Working with us

Our psychologists can help you understand whether coaching, therapy, or a combination best suits your circumstances, and connect you with a practitioner suited to your goals.

Every session is tailored to the individual. We believe good care starts with being heard.
